Welcome to the Retail Conflict Management Course, this e-learning course creates an awareness to educate and inform delegates of basic personal security concepts. We provide personal safety strategies within the retail and hospitality sector for large organisations.
THE RETAIL PROBLEM NEEDS A MODERN SOLUTION
According to the 2019 Retail Crime Survey. Retail workers are facing increased risks of violence and abuse. 115 employees are attacked in work, every day. With trends increasing towards incidents becoming more violent with econimic uncertainty. Certainly the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends that training should be about both preventing as well as dealing with violence in the retail and hospitality sector.
The British Retail Consortium indicates that retail crime is at a high with over 1301 viollence and abuse cases every day. There were 21 incidents a day of violence with injury. 104 a day of violence without injury, and 1176 abusive incidents a day. For every 1000 employees there were 155 incidents. Basically, +15% of the workforce employees suffer a form of harassment.
Contrarily, the retail conflict management eLearning bundle course, was designed by security professionals.
