The Greek mobile giant approached Trisat to provide a train the trainer conflict resolution course that would highlight the importance of the corporate security department and how they should be contacted in conflict situations. Four members of the corporate security training team participated and were taught how to conduct a conflict resolution course safely and to the required standard, so that the agreed learning outcomes would be achieved.

Conclusion

Even with the language barriers, each of the instructors applied themselves well to the course. The corporate security director and members of the company hierarchy participated as test students on the final day to see how their instructors performed.

The verdict was that this programme will add such an impact not only on the employees safety but also with the communication between employees and the responsibility of the security department, creating a better security culture.
