About this course

Welcome to the FTACC Course. Did you know that an estimated 555,000 workers in Britain sustained an injury at work in 2017/18?
The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if injured or taken ill at work. This includes carrying out a risk assessment, appointing a suitable amount of first aiders and providing appropriate first aid training. However, having the correct first aid provision in the workplace is not just a legal requirement, it is incredibly important for the safety of all members of staff!

To ensure our training remains relevant and modern then we also provide guidance and skills based around current medical emergencies that First Responders may come across, these include stabbings, acid attacks and other attack related injuries. This means that those that complete this 3 day First Aid course are able to deal with a greater range of incidents which are unfortunately becoming more common in today’s society.

The aim of the FTACC course

The QNUK (FTACC) Level 3 First Aid Trauma & Casualty Care designed by the ATACC Group is the equivilant of  a Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification is designed for individuals who wish to act as a first aider in their workplace. Upon successful completion of this qualification. Candidates are equipped with the required skills needed to provide safe and effective first aid. In emergency workplace situations. You may also consider the Rescue Trauma Casualty Care Course (RTACC).
